We come together to enjoy the beautiful art of Elfbeads glass and silver. We collect Elf Gems 💎, make wonderful beads out of them, and use magic ✨to turn them into free gifts! 🎁🎁🎁🎁

Turn yourself into a Wood Elf 🌳 and get a small prize. Then become a Sea Elf 🌊 and enjoy silver treasures - for free! Rich for the sky by turning yourself into a Star Elf 🌌 and you will be able to resurrect your favorite bead from ashes! With each level, there will be more fun! 
 
My personal favorite perks are Signature Gifts 🎁 for our Sea and Star Elves, which are going to be some special silvers we select just for you.
Our Star Elves will be able to pick any retired glass bead we no longer have in stock and cast the spell to bring it back - we will produce the bead especially for you (up to 2 designs per year). Isn’t it a magical skill for a collector Elf? ✨

What is Elfbeads Club?
Elfbeads Club is a happy place where you can enjoy your beads even more with a variety of perks and discounts. Join the club and start earning Elf Gems with every order or Elf action. Then redeem your Elf Gems for one or more free gifts! 🎁🎁🎁

How do I join Elfbeads Club?
In order to join the program, click “Create a store account” or just log in if you have an account. Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all Elf Actions we have prepared for you to earn Elf Gems.

How can I earn Elf Gems?
You can earn Elf Gems 💎 by completing actions listed in the Rewards tab. Just click on the “Rewards” tab to see the list of Elf Actions you can take.

How can I spend my Elf Gems?
Click on the “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all the Gifts and Discounts you can redeem your Elf Gems for. Enjoy them with your next order!

What is a VIP Tier?
VIP Tiers 👑 is a way to support our most loyal fans. There are three VIP Tiers for our Elves, based on the lifetime spend: Wood Elf 🌳, Sea Elf 🌊 , and Star Elf 🌌. Each tier unlocks additional perks.

Wood Elf benefits
Get a $20 gift card when you reach this level. 
Spent amount - $500

Sea Elf benefits
Get a $50 GIFT CARD when you reach this level; 
Get a SIGNATURE SILVER every year (sent out in January-February); 
Earn 20% MORE Elf Gems for each $ spent. 
Spent amount - $1200

Star Elf benefits
Get a $100 GIFT CARD when you reach this level; 
Get TWO SIGNATURE SILVERS every year (sent out in January and July); 
Earn 50% MORE Elf Gems for each $ spent; 
Schedule a 1:1 online personal shopping with Elfbeads staff (email us for details);

When do my Elf Gems expire?
Elf Gems expire after 12 months of inactivity (no orders placed, no Elf Actions completed). You will get an email notification a few days before the expiration.

VIP Tiers expire after 12 months of inactivity (no orders placed, no Elf Actions completed). You will get an email notification a few days before the expiration.

Why did I get some Elf Gems?
You already have an account with the Elfbeads store. As a courtesy we have accounted your last order as an eligible Elf Action, earning you some Elf Gems. Welcome to the Club! 💜
