Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and tracking is sent once your order ships.

United States: Free USPS shipping on orders of $99+.

EU & UK: Free UPS shipping on orders of $250+. UPS and DHL options are available. Duties and taxes are paid at checkout, with no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Other international destinations: Free USPS First Class Package International shipping on orders of $99+. Local duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log in to your Elfbeads account and open Orders. Select your order, then click the tracking number to view the latest delivery status.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@elfbeads.com.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@elfbeads.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can help.
