Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, email info@elfbeads.com. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Import VAT and customs fees on international orders are also non-refundable.

For partial returns, promotional discounts and free-shipping eligibility will be recalculated based on the items kept.

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact info@elfbeads.com before sending anything back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange your replacement, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
