Claim Your Rewards
Claiming a reward takes two quick steps:
- Redeem with Elf Gems. Choose your reward and redeem it. Your Gems will be deducted, and a reward code will appear above this section.
- Add your reward to the cart. Click the reward again, then select Add Reward to Cart. The product will be added to your cart and the code applied automatically, making it free.
Complete both steps, and your free reward will appear in your cart with the discount applied.

VIP Tiers Rules
VIP Tiers is a way to support our most loyal fans. There are three VIP Tiers for our Elves, based on the recent spend: Wood Elf 🌳, Sea Elf 🌊 , and Star Elf 🌌. Each tier unlocks additional perks.
Your VIP Tier will be recalculated every January based on your orders for the previous year. If your tier is downgraded, it's a chance to earn the higher tiers - and receive the rewards again each time you do!
Here are the coupons you'll receive upon reaching each tier. Please note they expire 14 days after you qualify.
- Wood Elf: $20 Coupon
- Sea Elf: $50 Coupon
- Star Elf: $100 Coupon
Sea Elves receive a free silver bead every January, while Star Elves receive theirs twice a year - in January and July. Be sure to check your VIP Tier status ahead of time so you don't miss out on these wonderful gifts. You’ll be able to claim your silver gifts online during those months, and shipping follows our regular policy.
