What Is Covered:

• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the first 12 months from the date of purchase. A manufacturing defect means an issue caused by how the item was made.

What Is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, tarnish, patina, and oxidation.

• Physical damage after delivery, including cracked or broken glass, and bent, broken, detached, or lost silver details.

• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, improper handling, storage, cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

• Minor movement of the silver core inside a glass bead, provided the bead remains secure and wearable.

• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

• If you believe your Elfbeads jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the 12-month warranty period. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if possible.

• We will review the claim and determine whether the item qualifies for warranty coverage.

• If we determine that the item has a qualifying manufacturing defect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Replacement depends on availability.

Warranty Limitations:

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to Elfbeads jewelry purchased directly from Elfbeads or from an authorized Elfbeads retailer.
